Martian

S.T.R.O.N.G.

Self-Control

Like a disciplined warrior, Martians succeed through focus, composure, and doing what is right even when it is hard.

Teamwork

Whether in the classroom or on the field, progress comes from working together and supporting one another.

Respect

Strong communities and strong teams are built on honoring others, our traditions, and the work that came before us.

Ownership

Martians take responsibility for their choices, their learning, and the standards we represent every day.

Never Give Up

The Martian spirit is resilient, persisting through setbacks with determination and grit.

Gratitude

We value the people and community that make Goodrich special, and we recognize the opportunities we have because of their support.
